Franch Clients Visit Xiangshuo Technology

2025/09/13 18:22:52
A 4-member delegation from France recently paid a special visit to the R&D and manufacturing base of Xiangshuo Technology in Beijing, China. The trip focused on in-depth discussions regarding the procurement of bowling alley equipment, customization of solutions, and long-term strategic cooperation, marking a crucial step for Xiangshuo Technology’s USBC-approved bowling alley equipent to enter the Franch market.
On-Site Inspection: Verifying Performance of USBC-Certified Equipment
The delegation’s visit kicked off at Xiangshuo Technology’s product exhibition center, where they focused on experiencing two core products: the USBC approved string pinsetter and the Mini Duckpin bowling system.
The Procurement Director conducted on-site tests of Xiangshuo's string pinsetter. He noted, “In France, bowling centers operate for long hours, and equipment reliability and efficiency are critical to our business. The Xiangshuo’s 8.5-second pin-setting cycle is impressive—it’s 30% faster than the equipment of free fall pinsetter. What’s more, its energy-saving design aligns perfectly with France’s environmental regulations, which will help us reduce long-term operational costs.”
Later, the delegation toured Xiangshuo Technology’s production workshop, observing the entire manufacturing process of bowling lane panels and bowling scoring control systems.

Business Talks: Addressing Local Needs with Customized Solutions
During the subsequent roundtable discussion, the delegation put forward specific demands tailored to the local market. One major challenge they face is the limited space of many bowling centers located in shopping malls. They hoped Xiangshuo Technology could provide space-efficient equipment combinations.
In response, the R&D team at Xiangshuo Technology proposed a “Modular Combo Solution” that combines Mini Duckpin lanes (only 9.1 meters in length) with standard 10-pin bowling lanes. “This design allows bowling centers to maximize space usage,” explained by Cheng Tiejun, Chief R&D Officer of Xiangshuo Technology. “For example, a 200-square-meter area can accommodate 4 Mini Duckpin lanes and 2 standard lanes, catering to both family customers and professional bowlers.”
Another key topic was after-sales service. Given the geographical distance between China and France, the delegation expressed concerns about maintenance response times. Xiangshuo Technology addressed this by announcing plans to partner with two local Franch service providers to establish a “48-Hour Emergency Maintenance Network.” This network will offer remote fault diagnosis via IoT technology and on-site repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for the client’s bowling centers.
Additionally, the two parties discussed compliance with Franch standards. Xiangshuo Technology confirmed that all exported equipment will meet France’s electrical safety standards and will undergo pre-shipment inspections by third-party certification bodies to avoid customs clearance delays.
Cooperation Intent: Securing Initial Order and Planning Long-Term Partnership
By the end of the visit, The clients and Xiangshuo Technology reached a preliminary agreement on an initial order. These will be used to upgrade one of the client’s bowling centers with installation scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
One of the clients stated, “Xiangshuo Technology’s products not only meet international standards but also offer flexible customization to fit our local needs. If the initial cooperation goes well, we plan to expand the partnership—we aim to replace more and more outdated equipment with Xiangshuo’s bowling alley equipment within the next three years.
General Manager of Xiangshuo Technology expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: “The Franch market is a key part of our global expansion strategy. This partnership is a milestone for us. We will continue to leverage our USBC certification advantages to provide high-quality bowling equipment and services, and strive to become a trusted long-term partner for Franch entertainment operators.”
The delegation departed Xiangshuo Technology’s base with detailed product brochures and customized solution proposals. Both parties agreed to hold a virtual meeting in early October to finalize the formal contract and discuss logistics arrangements. This cooperation is expected to serve as a model for Xiangshuo Technology’s future expansion into other European markets, such as Poland, Romania, Sweden.
